Who is Kevin?
[ My Story ]
I’m Kevin — a former hospitality executive.
For over a decade, I worked in hospitality, leading customer-facing teams across five countries and two continents.
By 25, I was managing a team of 60+.
On paper, I was succesful.
Behind the scenes, I was exhausted and burning out.
16-hour days, with no time for friends.
Relationships were neglected and became secondary.
Success came at the cost of connection.
Then in 2020, the world paused.
I took my first solo trip, and it changed my life.
The pause changed how I understood relationships.
I met people from every background, culture and walk of life.
Built friendships and relationships that felt felt natural, and effortless.
That’s when it clicked:
Connection isn’t a luxury nor a personality trait.
It’s a skill and a necessity.
So I took everything I learned over 10 years in hospitality:
• Reading people without a word being spoken
• Managing high-stakes, emotionally complex situations and environments
• Building trust with anyone, from anywhere
And built a structured system to help people build deep and real relationships.
Today, I help individuals, leaders, and teams build strong, high-trust relationships.
Inside and outside of work.
Since then:
• I’ve lived in 15 countries across 5 continents
• Built relationships with people from 140+ nationalities
• Rebuilt communities from scratch multiple times
Not because I’m an extrovert or naturally outgoing.
But because I learned how to connect — Intentionally.
[ What I do now ]
• 1:1 coaching for 1entrepreneurs and executives
• Advisory and consulting for leaders and teams
• Writing and teaching about trust, connection, and performance.
When I’m not working, I’m traveling, training, and building community wherever I am.
Success isn’t just about what you achieve.
It’s about the relationships that make it sustainable.
